Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return your item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept items that may have been used or opened.
The cost of returning the item is payable by the customer unless being returned due to our negligence. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and we advise that you use a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage as we can’t accept liability for goods that may get lost in transit.
